Note from the founder

Antíparos is an independent fashion label that takes slow fashion seriously while having fun with vintage-inspired shapes. Named after the Greek island Antíparos, the clothes are built keeping in mind the sweet joy of a summer holiday. Shaking off the fast fashion habit, we’re keen on developing pieces that are one-of-a-kind, classic and dreamy.

Our first range is inspired by clean cuts, lady-like shapes, and extravagant sleeves. For me, the shape and bodice are the heart of every garment. The beauty lies in the pattern, and texture play is something to have fun with. We’re all about embracing big collars, gingham checks, front pleating on trousers, and that 70s inspired flare.

All styles have been designed by me in London, and the cutting, sewing, and stitching are done in India using deadstock fabrics and trims. I have started this company from my home in Surrey, London.

My family was a part of the clothing industry in India for 35 years. This is my small way of taking their legacy into the (digital) future.
